This is my second type of Britax car seat, after owning 2 Roundabouts for a few years.
The Roundabouts were great, and this seat is too. After reading the stickers on the seat and the manual, it took about 5 minutes to get a rock-solid fit into our Subaru Forester via latch. Actually, I think it's easier to get a tight fit with this seat than the Roundabout. It's solid, seems safe, and convenient, with the arm rests and cup holder. Our daughter loves it.
As others have noted, you may need to switch from latch install to belt install after your kid reaches 40lbs.
